James Minder Carlson - Owner
Born and raised in Bremerton, Jim has been in the beef industry virtually his whole life. He learned to raise and feed cattle in his pre-teens and what it takes to place the perfect cut of beef on the plate at a very early age. Teen years included cleaning up the meat market, hauling cattle and checking groceries. He graduated from West Bremerton High in 1975, and after 2 years at Olympic College and a brief stint of selling real estate, he assumed ownership of Minder Meats in 1983. Jim has a son, Conner.

Currently busy raising chickens, selling eggs and is now in the 4th grade.

Paul Howell - Plant Manager

Teena Page - Office Manager

Teena came to Minder Meats in June of 1992. In her 15 years at Minders, she has seen many changes come to pass. Currently she helps oversee almost all aspects of Minder Meats.

Teena was born in Everett, Washington and spent all of her childhood in the Puget Sound area, most notably in Port Townsend. In 1994, she earned an Associates of Arts and Sciences degree from Olympic College and married her college sweetheart. In her spare time, Teena enjoys spending time with her husband Donavon, reading and is an avid bowler.
